2. Description of Service

FanRoute 26 is a companion app for the FIFA World Cup 2026. It provides match schedules, predictions, trip planning, fan zone discovery, and related features. The app is not affiliated with or endorsed by FIFA.

3. User Accounts

FanRoute 26 does not require account creation. All data is stored locally on your device. There are no usernames, passwords, or cloud accounts.

4. In-App Purchases

FanRoute 26 offers a one-time Tournament Pass purchase that unlocks premium features. All purchases are processed through Apple's App Store and are subject to Apple's terms and refund policies.

Refund requests must be directed to Apple

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the app for any unlawful purpose
Attempt to reverse engineer or modify the app
Share content that is offensive, harmful, or violates others' rights
Use automated tools to scrape or interact with the app

6. Predictions & Scores

Match predictions are for entertainment purposes only. FanRoute 26 does not facilitate gambling or real-money wagering. Leaderboard scores have no monetary value.

7. Content & Data Accuracy

While we strive for accuracy, match schedules, scores, and venue information may contain errors or be delayed. We do not guarantee real-time accuracy of any data displayed in the app.

8. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and code in FanRoute 26 are the property of the developer. Team names, flags, and FIFA-related references are used for informational purposes under fair use.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

FanRoute 26 is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the app.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms at any time. Continued use of the app constitutes acceptance of updated terms.
